This document provides a structure for the process of QUERYING an ethical issue with SAISI Ethics.

The issue will be discussed with EXCO and feedback will be provided. When feedback has been given, this information will be stored confidentially in a repository at the OT office.

Only the SAISI Chairperson and Ethics Portfolio will have access to this information once it has been stored.
