Our vision - therapy on wheels!

Bringing Ayres Sensory Integration® Therapy to Underserved Communities

The South African Institute for Sensory Integration (SAISI) is dedicated to training occupational therapists in Ayres Sensory Integration® (ASI®) and improving access to this vital therapy across South Africa. With a growing need to reach underdeveloped communities, we’ve envisioned an innovative solution: a mobile ASI® therapy bus/truck, equipped with specialized tools to deliver life-changing interventions where they’re needed most.

The therapy equipment, designed by the Product Development Technology Station at the Central University of Technology, is compact enough to fit inside a shipping container. Our goal is to install this setup in a mobile unit, allowing a qualified ASI® therapist to bring therapy directly to underserved areas. We need funding for this vision — and that’s where your support can make all the difference.

How Your Sponsorship Helps

By sponsoring a therapy bus/truck for SAISI, your company will play a crucial role in bridging the accessibility gap for sensory integration therapy. Your contribution won’t just change lives—it will also elevate your brand’s visibility and social impact.

  • Prominent Recognition: Your company’s name and logo will be displayed on the mobile unit, turning it into a moving billboard that raises awareness across communities.

  • Digital Exposure: We’ll highlight your sponsorship on SAISI’s website and social media, reaching an engaged audience that values corporate social responsibility.

  • Community Impact: Your support will directly enhance therapy access for children and individuals in under-resourced areas, strengthening your reputation as a leader in meaningful change.

Join Us in Making a Difference!

We invite your company to partner with SAISI in bringing this project to life through a donation or sponsorship. Together, we can ensure that sensory integration therapy reaches those who need it most—while showcasing your commitment to a brighter future for South Africa.
